At the end of this meeting, if you both agree that it appears at this stage that it's worth proceeding, Fred will prepare a proposal for a Phase One review.
The review will be a comprehensive summary of important opportunities and recommended strategies for improvement. Fred will thoroughly review this summary with you and any associates you choose. The result is a tangible list of valuable insights and specific recommendations for action.
At the end of this first phase, you may choose to act on Fred's recommendations independently, or move on to Phase Two, the process where Fred assists you in the actual implementation of the strategies developed in Phase One.
Both Phase One and Phase Two proposals will have clearly defined timelines and results.
Fred can continue to be a source of accountability, advice and support on an ongoing basis through scheduled monthly or quarterly meetings.
