How Fred Works
Fred is just a call or a click (fred@fredjanssen.com) away. The initial conversation that results is an opportunity to share your general business concerns and help you get an idea if Fred is the right resource to help you.
So far so good? Then the next step is a face-to-face meeting. Here's where you talk more specifically about your goals and things that keep you up at night. You'll get a feel for Fred's style and methods, and he of yours.
At the end of this meeting, if you both agree that it appears at this stage that it's worth proceeding, Fred will prepare a proposal for a Strategy and Operations Assessment.
This will result in a comprehensive summary of important opportunities and recommended strategies for improvement. Fred will thoroughly review this summary with you and any associates you choose. You will receive a tangible list of valuable insights and specific recommendations for action.
At the end of this first phase, you may choose to act on Fred's recommendations independently or have Fred assist you in the actual implementation of the strategies and action plan developed.
Fred can also act as an ongoing source of accountability, advice and support on an with scheduled monthly or quarterly meetings.
Fred is also a dynamic speaker able to present on a variety of business-related topics at meetings, company functions or retreats.
